Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Trim 2 layers of frozen cabbage and pour salt water
Sprinkle a little bit of flower salt on top and marinate it for about an hour
STEP 2/6
Add 2 cups of water to a half cup of glutinous rice flour, mix well, stir, and boil
After cooling it down completely, chili powder 13, anchovy sauce 5, sand lance sauce 5,
Add sugar 2, minced garlic 3, and ginger 2 to make the sauce

Pickled frozen cabbage 3 to 4 times
Wash it in clean water and drain it

Add a little water to the five red peppers and grind them finely in a blender
