Boiled corn removes the kernel. You can remove it by hand, cut it with a knife, or scratch it with a fork, so use your convenience.

When the bottom of the corn pancake is cooked, you have to turn it upside down and cook it. It wasn't easy. If you do something wrong, the corn will fall off

So, I put a plate slightly smaller than the frying pan on top of the corn pancake, supported the plate with my hands, and turned the pan upside down. If you do this, the shape stays the same. I put the ripe corn pancake on a pretty plate and cut it into bite-size pieces. It feels like pizza. It was sweet and savory and delicious.
