STEP 1/9
First, wash the chicken for dakgalbi in water.
STEP 2/9
Make seasoning with red pepper paste, red pepper powder, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, cooking wine or soju, pepper powder, and sesame oil.
(According to Baek, you have to put a lot of sauce to the point where you think it's salty!)!
Since there are vegetables in it, add a lot of spicy stir-fried chicken and season it.)
STEP 3/9
The ingredients for dakgalbi are small and thin
The vegetables that I prepared are
Cabbage, potato & sweet potato, onion, carrot, green onion, chili pepper, perilla leaf, tteokbokki rice cake.
STEP 4/9
Place half a cup of water or one cup in a pot (paper cup)
STEP 5/9
Add the seasoned chicken and boil it down instead of roasting it.
(Jongwon Baek says, don't grill it but boil it down!)
STEP 6/9
When the chicken is cooked to a certain extent, add the prepared ingredients.
STEP 7/9
I put in everything except cabbage and perilla leaves.
STEP 8/9
Stir-fry it a bit and then put in the cabbage
STEP 9/9
Lastly, add perilla leaves and stir-fry it a little more, and that's it
According to Mr. Baek, you have to put a lot of chicken ribs and season them to the point where you think it's salty!
Since there are vegetables in it, I put in a lot of spicy stir-fried chicken and season it.
