I made enough rice and made only two servings of sushi! Add kelp and add vinegar to the sticky rice barley rice and mix it gently. Grab the right amount of mixed rice and gently lump it together. You have to put water on your hands and clump them together so that they don't stick! (The rice this time is sticky because it has glutinous rice in it, so it's hard to stick to it.) Put the mustard on top of the rice and put the clam on top, and it's done
