STEP 1/11
First, slice the green onion into thin slices. It would be nice to have a green onion slicer, but even if you don't, you can make it by cutting it several times ^^:
STEP 2/11
Add a small amount of chopped green onion to take out the Arin flavor of green onion, and this is going to be used as garnish on top of ramen.
STEP 3/11
Pour a little canola oil into the pot and stir-fry the green onions.
STEP 4/11
You can add red pepper powder or soup, but I solved it with soup.
STEP 5/11
Pour only a small amount of water and boil it to a low boiling point.
STEP 6/11
If you think there is not enough water, add a little more and adjust the concentration.
STEP 7/11
When the ramen boils, throw an egg on top.
STEP 8/11
When the eggs are half-cooked, lift the pot and pour it into the bowl so that it doesn't get messy!
STEP 9/11
The key to plating is that the egg goes up ^^
STEP 10/11
Put the green onion salad that you put in cold water on top of the egg ^^
STEP 11/11
Sprinkle the sesame and seaweed soup that's left at home and that's it!!
Adjust the amount of soup and water and make green onion ramen that suits your taste ^^
