Making light spaghetti with chicken breast tomato sauce
I was wondering what special dishes I could make with chicken breast, so I decided to make spaghetti sauce that I often make. The chicken breast tomato sauce I made this time didn't get rid of the original slightly sour taste of tomatoes even though the chicken breast contains tomato sauce!

  • onion

  • Chicken breast
  • Tomato
    2-3ea
  • tomato paste
  • Garlic
    3piece
  • Paprika Powder
  • bay leaf
    2piece
  • Ketchup
    little
  • Whole pepper
  • Salt
  • Parmesan cheese powder
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
My chicken breast is frozen, so I'll defrost it in warm water
STEP 2/14
If you need time to melt chicken breast, boil the boiled tomatoes. You can make a small cut on the tip of the tomato and boil it in water with a little salt. (I live in Germany and there are boiled tomatoes in cans in Germany. I sometimes use cans because there are many kinds of them due to the high demand.) Tomato paste looks like red pepper paste like the second picture. They sell these two cans or tubes, and this time they use cans
STEP 3/14
Chop the garlic and chop the onions and tomatoes into small pieces.
STEP 4/14
When the chicken breast melts, slice it thin and small.
STEP 5/14
I want to make sauce in a frying pan, but I don't have enough space. I prepared a large pot, a small pot. Boil water and salt in a large skillet, oil in a small skillet or a large frying pan, and place on fire.
STEP 6/14
When the pan is heated, stir-fry chicken breast, garlic, paprika powder, barbecue sauce, and pepper together. When the meat is half cooked, add the onion. When the onions are cooked, add the tomatoes. Please stir-fry it together.
STEP 7/14
Add tomatoes and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, then add the prepared boiled tomatoes and tomato paste. I added a little bit of beer and boiled it together.
STEP 8/14
When the water boils in a large pot, put the noodles in the boiling water and spread them out evenly. Please set the timer because 8-10 minutes is appropriate for this side. Or how to remember the time!
STEP 9/14
While boiling the noodles, place the sauce over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally to prevent the bottom from being pressed. Tip: When the sauce boils, turn it down to low heat and add a spoon of Parmesan cheese powder. (You can just add it later~ If you boil it with a little Parmesan powder now, the sauce will get thicker.) Taste it and add more salt and pepper.
STEP 10/14
Noodles, as always. Over time, check the noodles, drain the water on a sieve, and remove the saltiness slightly with water. And put some olive oil on it.
STEP 11/14
And mix the oil and noodles well.
STEP 12/14
Place water in a skillet and bring to a boil over very low heat (this is a stone range, so it takes a while to cool) If not many people eat together, you can leave the water in the skillet and the noodles on top of the skillet.
STEP 13/14
Put it in a bowl and eat it with the sauce.
STEP 14/14
If you like cheese, you can eat spaghetti with the scent of cheese if you sprinkle it like this.
