Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
Wipe the abalone cleanly with a toothbrush on both the skin and flesh. After rinsing it in a light salt water

It's easy to eat if you cut the abalone into small pieces and put it in ramen, but it doesn't look good. So I'm going to cook it whole, and I'm going to make it look like a diamond, but if you change the direction and cut it one more time in a diagonal direction, you'll get a diamond shape. When it's cooked, the cut is slightly open, so it's very pretty.

Wash bean sprouts clean, remove moisture, add 550ml of ramen water, and when the water boils, add bean sprouts and cook. The most accurate way to know if it's cooked is to try a spoonful of bean sprouts. That's why it needs to be cooked well without a fishy smell. I'll cook it for about six to seven minutes. The soup is very cool because it's made of bean sprout stock.

Take out the bean sprouts. You can just add ramen without taking it out, but if you put bean sprouts on top like garnish, the shape will be much prettier.

Cut green pepper, red pepper, and green onion diagonally.

I used Anseongtangmyeon, and Shin Ramen is good, and you can use your favorite ramen.

Ramen tastes much better if you put ramen powder in the boiling point as it is with boiled bean sprouts. Because the soup is salty, the boiling point increases. Add noodles and abalone. If you boil it with abalone peel, the soup tastes much better. Just take out the abalone meat and cook it well and put it on the skin later.It's much spicier if you add chili powder. The amount of Cheongyang red pepper powder I put in is spicy enough to make you feel good, but if you want it spicier or weaker, you can add it by adding or subtracting the amount.
