Spicy, "Jeyuk Gimbap"
Stir-fried spicy pork is delicious even if you eat it as it is. Most people eat it wrapped in lettuce or perilla leaves.. To make it simpler... I made it to eat more comfortably. It's good for a meal or a picnic. I strongly recommend it^^

Ingredients
  • Sliced pork belly
  • Lettuce
  • Cucumber
  • Carrot
  • Cheongyang red pepper
  • instant rice
  • Salt
  • Sesame oil
  • Sesame
  • red pepper paste
    3spoon
  • Red pepper powder
    2spoon
  • Soy sauce
    2spoon
  • plum extract
    2spoon
  • Oligosaccharide
    1spoon
  • crushed garlic
    2spoon
  • ground pepper
  • Sesame oil
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
First, I prepared pork belly. I used the sliced pork belly
Cut it into small pieces with scissors and put it in a bowl.
STEP 2/15
I'm going to add a lot of seasoning right here.
STEP 3/15
Put on plastic gloves, mix it well, and let it ripen for about 30 minutes!!
STEP 4/15
Wash lettuce in running water and prepare it
STEP 5/15
Cut cucumbers and carrots in length and sprinkle some salt to make them breathless.
STEP 6/15
Cut the cheongyang peppers in half, remove the seeds, and prepare them.
STEP 7/15
Put some cooking oil into the frying pan and stir-fry the seasoned pork belly quickly.
STEP 8/15
If you stir-fry it, oil will come out.. Depending on your preference, you can boil it down over high heat, but I wiped it off slightly with a kitchen towel.
STEP 9/15
Cook the rice thoroughly and season it with pepper, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
STEP 10/15
Spread the gimbap first, and then put the rice on the gimbap seaweed.
STEP 11/15
I'm going to add two lettuce leaves and put a total of four lettuce leaves
STEP 12/15
Pick up five cucumbers and carrots and make it big enough Put the Cheongyang peppers together as if they're connected.
It's thinly sliced, so even if you put five on it, it's not that much. lol
STEP 13/15
Put a lot of stir-fried pork on top of it
STEP 14/15
If you roll it like that, the pork gimbap is complete!!
STEP 15/15
Cut it into appropriate sizes so that you can eat it right away.
The sauce keeps leaking out of the spicy pork gimbap, so it's better to cut it while wiping the knife. I just cut it so that I can eat it right away, and the seasoning came out here and there.. It's spicy and crunchy, and it's a perfect delicacy to eat a simple meal on your way out or at home.
