STEP 1/11
I used a spoon to scoop out the inside of the tomato. The seed part is soft, so if you put it with rice, it looks a little messy and gets a lot of water.
STEP 2/11
If you scoop it out with a spoon, it digs well like this. I'm only going to use the outer skin of the red tomato.
STEP 3/11
Cut the stuffed tomatoes into bite-size pieces. I cut the Bron Manul a little big. To feel the color and texture of the red tomatoes
STEP 4/11
You can remove the seeds and cut the bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 5/11
If you cut the onions properly, the ingredients are almost ready. But honestly, just tomatoes and eggs make delicious tomato egg fried rice, so don't worry if you don't have any other ingredients
STEP 6/11
Mix egg and whipped cream.
STEP 7/11
Now put oil in a frying pan and stir-fry bell peppers and onions together.
STEP 8/11
I wanted to stir-fry tomatoes with onions, but I put up with them because they would change the color of other vegetables as they lose water.
STEP 9/11
And put the egg mixed with the whipped cream in the frying pan and stir it. That's how you can scramble it.
STEP 10/11
Now put the ingredients together in a frying pan.
STEP 11/11
Mix the ingredients together and stir-fry them, and the tomato egg fried rice is almost done. When you stir-fry it, stir-fry it gently. If you stir-fry it hard, the tomatoes get crushed a lot, so it doesn't look good. I'll taste it while frying the tomato egg fried rice. Is this an edible taste. But if it's too bland, take out the soy sauce and put it in. I seasoned it with homemade soy sauce.
