Stir-fried kimchi reminds me of old memories~~ It's a menu that can't be left out for lunch box side dishes when I was young. Korean side dish, fried kimchi! Would you like to make a more savory and delicious fried kimchi with perilla oil?

Ingredients
  • ripe kimchi
  • onion
  • crushed garlic
  • Sugar
  • perilla oil
  • Red pepper powder
  • Sesame
  • Water
  • Soy sauce
Cooking Steps

Please prepare sour kimchi first
STEP 2/5
Cut onions and garlic into bite-size pieces
STEP 3/5
Add red pepper powder, perilla oil, minced garlic, soy sauce, and sugar and stir-fry over low heat. Add more perilla oil than usual
STEP 4/5
Add water and simmer over low heat.
Personally, I like fried kimchi that's fully cooked, so I'm doing this^^

Lastly, you have to sprinkle it and finish it off^^
Add water very lightly and simmer over low heat. Add a lot of perilla oil as if you're pouring cooking oil~~^^

    I didn't measure it.. I looked at the ingredients, and it was so good^^ This is the second time I'm making fried kimchi recipe that I've been looking for, and my 3rd son in elementary school says it's really good and eats it well^^* It'd be nice if you could increase the proportion, but I like it because it came out delicious! It looks like a secret to add a lot of perilla oil^^ I acknowledge the taste!
