  • onion
    1ea
  • Pumpkin
    1/3ea
  • enoki mushroom
    suitably
  • crushed garlic
    1T
  • Cream sauce
    3T
  • Cheese
    2piece
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
    suitably
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Put olive oil on the pan and stir-fry garlic first
It's good to use sliced garlic, but I don't have it, so I'll use crushed garlic... Haha
When it smells like garlic, add chopped onions and stir-fry it
Add pumpkin and stir-fry it.
STEP 2/4
When the vegetables are stir-fried, add cold rice and mix them well so that they don't clump together
If you use it with a microwave, it doesn't clump together and melts well.
Add the commercial cream sauce and mix well, then add the enoki mushroom slices and mix. Add cheese and mix well.
STEP 3/4
Add salt and pepper to the seasoning.
STEP 4/4
The cold rice risotto is done.
