STEP 2/11
Slice the onion and green pepper, and slice the potatoes into 2-3mm thick slices.
STEP 3/11
Break the egg and add about 3T of Parmazan cheese and mix well. Add or subtract the amount of cheese to your liking. It's delicious if you add a lot, but be careful because it can be salty! Add salt and pepper and season with insufficient seasoning.
STEP 4/11
Put olive oil in a pan and stir-fry potatoes and onions.
When the potatoes are 70 percent cooked,
STEP 5/11
I added bell peppers and stir-fried them
STEP 6/11
Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
STEP 7/11
Leave the fire on very low heat,
STEP 8/11
Cover and cook for about 15 minutes.
STEP 9/11
Even if you don't turn it over, it's cooked to the top. When the top is not fully cooked, you can put cheese on it and cook it in the oven *.*
STEP 10/11
Poke it with a knife to make sure it's cooked.
STEP 11/11
Grind a lot of parmazan cheese and put it on top
Slice basil or parsley and serve according to your preference.
I made it on an 8-inch pan.
It has to be a little thick to feel soft and delicious, so I recommend using a small pan if possible to make it thick.
