STEP 1/10
Heat the pan, add oil, and cook the frozen dumplings by crushing them.
Cook the dumpling skin and dumpling filling as if frying a pancake, pressing it until it is golden overall.

The onions in the dumplings that are golden brown, without any lumps
Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and minced garlic and stir-fry.

Add a ladle of water and stir-fry it together

Add chopped green onions

Add the cooked noodles and stir-fry them over high heat.
You can use all kinds of noodles
Pasta noodles, udon noodles, and kalguksu noodles go well with the sauce

Mix the noodles in the sauce and stir-fry them

Add 1/2 spoon of sesame oil and mix well

Put it on a plate.
(Use of microwave or oven bowls)

Put a slice of cheese on top and in the microwave or oven
Heat the cheese to the point where it is slightly melted.

The taste of Dubanjang, oyster sauce, and dumpling filling goes better than I thought.
If you mix cheese with noodles and taste it, it tastes like pasta,
It also tastes like Chinese fried noodles.
