I bought a bag of bean sprouts that you can buy at the supermarket

I'm going to boil bean sprouts like blanching them
Since it is used as the basic base stock for bean sprout soup, the broth is also served so that it can have a deep taste. It doesn't matter if you serve it again with kelp or anchovies. You can use the tea bag that's sold in the market like me^^

When the broth starts to boil, add bean sprouts, close the lid, and boil it
Season it with salt and soy sauce.
If you have a cooking essence, add a spoonful!

Since the basic broth and bean sprouts are prepared
I'm going to prepare rice soup in an earthen pot.
In a small earthen pot, put a little less rice than a bowl, and wash the kimchi and serve in a proper amount

Add half a spoon of minced garlic
Add the boiled broth until the rice is soaked

Put bean sprouts on top of that
Add green onions and peppers to your liking
And since I made the seasoning boring, I add salted shrimp or a spoonful of cooking essence and boil it

If you boil it a bit, it's a bowl of bean sprout soup that's good for a cold^^
The soup is clean and light.
If you boil the kimchi in here without washing it, it becomes spicy and spicy bean sprout rice soup..
As I said above, if you put kimchi without washing it, it becomes another spicy bean sprout soup without minced garlic.
