Ingredients
  • Tofu
    1piece
  • Garlic
    2~3ea
  • leek
    1/2ea
  • Cheongyang red pepper
    2ea
  • Red pepper powder
    1spoon
  • salted shrimp
    2/3spoon
  • Soy sauce
    1spoon
  • perilla oil
    1spoon
  • Anchovy
    10ea
  • Sea tangle
    2piece
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
Pour 300ml of water and add anchovies and kelp to make broth. (If you put it back in, skip making broth.)
STEP 2/12
While the broth is boiling, cut the tofu.
STEP 3/12
Chop green onion and chop garlic.
STEP 4/12
Put tofu on the broth. Add the garlic, please. (I used pre-frozen garlic.)
STEP 5/12
Please add salted shrimp.
STEP 6/12
Add some chili powder
STEP 7/12
While it's boiling, chop up the peppers.
STEP 8/12
When it boils

Put in the green onions.
STEP 10/12
Season with soy sauce. (I heard somewhere that liver tastes better with two ingredients than with one ingredient I just seasoned it with salted shrimp and soy sauce salt+soy sauce, or salted shrimp+salt. They say it tastes better this way.)
STEP 11/12
Add a spoonful of perilla oil.
STEP 12/12
And lastly, add the minced red pepper and boil it for about 3 minutes.
