Pepper japchae and flower buns
I made a simple Chinese-style japchae at home

Ingredients
  • Pork
    200g
  • pepper
    3ea
  • Flower bread
    6ea
  • Oyster sauce
    1t
  • Cooking oil
    1T
  • potato starch
    1cup
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Remove the oil from the pork and cut it for japchae
STEP 2/7
Cut off the seeds and center of the fish and cut them into the same size as the meat
STEP 3/7
Put cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the meat first
STEP 4/7
When the meat is almost cooked, add bell pepper and stir-fry quickly
Add oyster sauce and season it
STEP 5/7
Lastly, add starch water
STEP 6/7
Red pepper japchae is done
STEP 7/7
Buy commercial flower buns and steam them in a steamer
You can taste another taste even if you put Korean pepper instead of green pepper If you don't like oyster sauce, you can replace it with soy sauce
