Cooking Steps
STEP 1/17
The vegetables are cleaned and prepared I used 1 bag of commercial bean sprouts for bean sprouts. Please prepare an onion the size of a billiard ball. Please cut the green onions sideways.

If you don't have cooking wine, you can use Cheongju If you are using Cheongju, add 3 tablespoons, not 4 tablespoons. And since the sauce is a bit sweet, I think you can adjust the sugar according to your preference It's my first time doing it, so I did it with the recipe of Baek Ju-bu, and next time, I'm going to reduce 1 tablespoon of sugar.

Put bean sprouts and green onions in a pot.

Cut a little bit of carrot on top of the onion so that the color is pretty.

I like fragrant perilla leaves, so I put in about two bundles.

Please stack the sliced pork belly high and high. Instead of pork belly, any thin meat such as beef brisket or thinly sliced beef belly is fine.

Put a lot of sauce on top of the sliced pork belly and sprinkle savory sesame seeds

Turn on the gas immediately without a drop of water. It's good to boil vegetables over medium heat so that they don't burn. When you boil it, the bean sprouts ripen and you lose your breath and gradually fall down.

After 5 to 10 minutes, vegetable broth is automatically made.

When the bean sprouts are cooked in moderation, mix the seasoning and ingredients well, and keep boiling the cooked bean sprouts up and the meat down.

If you boil it for 10 more minutes, it's done.
STEP 16/17
At the end, turn off the heat and add a handful of perilla leaves and mix it slightly, and it's more fragrant and delicious.

Sprinkle sesame seeds and it's done.
1. It's better to use thick steamed bean sprouts 2. If you like spicy food, add 1 or 2 Cheongyang peppers! 2. If you cut kimchi into the remaining sauce and make fried rice, it tastes really good
