STEP 1/6
Squeeze the mushrooms with your hands. It's better to tear oyster mushrooms by hand than by cutting them with a knife
STEP 2/6
Chop the onions, please. Remove the seeds from the peppers and shred them. If the peppers are too long, you can cut them in half and shred them. Chop the green onions, please.
STEP 3/6
Blanch mushrooms in boiling water with 1t of salt and rinse them in cold water. Squeeze the rinsed mushrooms and squeeze the water out.
STEP 4/6
Stir-fry 1T of olive oil and 2t of minced garlic in a frying pan. If you stir-fry it on high heat, garlic may burn, so stir-fry it on low heat.
STEP 5/6
When garlic smells, add mushrooms, onions, and soy sauce and stir-fry until the seasoning is cut. Don't stir-fry it for too long. About 2-3 minutes.
Each restaurant has a different salty taste, so it can be salty if you put all 1T.
STEP 6/6
Add peppers and green onions at the end and stir-fry for another 30 seconds, turn off the heat, add 1t of sesame oil, turn it upside down 3-4 times, and taste it. You can use salt for the lack of seasoning.
You don't have to use oyster mushrooms.
If you do it without removing the pepper seeds, it may look messy because of the pepper seeds.
You can add bell peppers instead of peppers.
It looks better if you put it in a fold and sprinkle sesame seeds.
Each restaurant has a different salty taste of soy sauce, so don't put all of the 1T, you can put it in as you taste it, or you can stir-fry just 1t, and then season it with salt if it's not enough.
