Making tomato sauce using tomato paste
I made my own tomato sauce with tomato paste that boiled raw tomatoes. If you use it as a sauce to make pizza when you make pasta, you can be reborn as a great dish!!!

Ingredients
  • tomato paste
    340g
  • Chicken stock
    1ea
  • onion
    1ea
  • olive oil
    1/2small cup
  • crushed garlic
    3t
  • ground pepper

  • Sugar

  • basil powder
    2t
  • White wine
    1/2small cup
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
First, put one chicken stock in water and stir it well so that it melts.
STEP 2/8
Turn on the heat and boil the broth with chicken stock.
STEP 3/8
When the chicken broth is ready, put enough oil in the pan and stir-fry garlic.
STEP 4/8
When the garlic is golden brown, add the onions and stir-fry them together.
STEP 5/8
If the onion is golden, add two 170g cans of tomato paste. You can make tomato sauce and leave it when you make pasta, so it's good to prepare plenty.
STEP 6/8
Pour in the chicken broth, and if you have raw basil or parsley here, chop it into small pieces, or if you don't have it, you can use basil powder or herb powder like me.
STEP 7/8
Lastly, add white wine to the well-mixed tomato sauce and stir-fry while blowing off the alcohol!!!

Tomato sauce using tomato paste is all done.
If you make chicken broth with chicken stock, you can make tomato sauce that brings out more flavor. You can buy chicken stock at the mart, but if you don't have the drug chicken stock, you can make chicken stock using chicken breast. Store this tomato sauce in the refrigerator and use it to make pasta or pizza. Add whipped cream or milk to transform it into a soft style tomato sauce and put it in the pasta to make another tomato sauce.

    I don't know how to make the paste. I just used it and threw it away because of the sour taste. Thank you for sharing the good recipe.But it was sour, so I added a lot of onions, but it didn't get the sour taste completely.But it's still worth eating^^
