STEP 1/8
First, soak the gondre overnight.
Honestly, it's hard to sing, so sing it for more than half a day
STEP 2/8
Boil the soaked gondre greens in hot water for about 30 minutes (not over high heat, but over medium heat)
STEP 3/8
Rinse well-boiled thistle several times in cold water and squeeze out the water.
STEP 4/8
Chop the watery gondre greens. Don't cut it too small.
STEP 5/8
Season here with a tablespoon of perilla oil and a little salt.
STEP 6/8
Place well-washed rice in a pressure cooker or electric rice cooker and top with seasoned thistle.
Please adjust the amount of water. I made it rice 1: water 1.5.
STEP 7/8
There is water coming out of the vegetables, but there is not much, so you can adjust the water as you normally do when you cook.
Once you cook, you're done!
Make the sauce as much as you want. You just have to mince the green onions and chili peppers and mix them
STEP 8/8
It smells good when chives are in it, but since there's none, replace it with green onions!
It's much better if you use chives if you have one
Put the rice and put the sauce on it. It's done^^
If you wrap it with the sauce and dried laver, you can eat more delicious gondre namul rice. It goes well with soybean paste stew. ^^ Originally, you need chives to enjoy a much richer taste.
