Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Soak 4 cups of glutinous rice in cold water for more than 2 hours~

1 cup of brown sugar, 5 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder, 2 tablespoon of sesame oil, and half a tablespoon of salt

All ingredients are based on paper cups~haha When you cut the rice, put a bit of sesame oil on the knife and it doesn't stick and cuts well^^

    I really like yakbap. I ate the yakbap I got a few days ago after traveling with my in-laws, but it tasted so good that I looked it up because I thought I could do it at home! It was so hard to make yakbap, so I didn't do it, but it's so interesting and fun to be able to do it easily at home. But if there's something disappointing, I think it'll be easier if you write it down a little more delicately. I liked it so much. Thanks to this recipe, I'm going to cry from my husband every day. ^^
