Ingredients
  • Dried squid
    150g
  • red pepper paste
    2spoon
  • Vinegar
    1spoon
  • Oligosaccharide
    1spoon
  • crushed garlic
    1spoon
  • Sesame oil
    2spoon
  • sesame salt
    wanted
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Soak about 150g of dried squid in water
To soften the texture, I'm trying to get rid of the saltyness
STEP 2/5
While soaking, add red pepper paste, vinegar, oligosaccharide (replaceable), minced garlic and sesame oil and make the sauce
STEP 3/5
Squeeze it out of the water and cut it into bite-sized pieces
I cut it with scissors
STEP 4/5
Add the sauce and mix
STEP 5/5
Add sesame salt later and mix it well
It's done ^^
It's delicious if you add hot pepper to your taste ^^ There are people who do mayonnaise or stir-fry it, but I added sesame oil, so I didn't stir-fry it separately or add mayonnaise
