Chop the onions and carrots and prepare them.

Mix all the sauce ingredients to make the sauce.

Sprinkle chili oil and sesame oil on the pan, and when the pan is heated to the right extent, add minced garlic and flavor it.
If you want to add ginger instead of ginger powder, add it now and stir-fry it.

Depending on the amount of rice or seafood, the seasoning may be salty, so don't put all the sauce at once, but put it in while tasting it.
I put all the sauce I made and the seasoning was perfect.

Place rice on one side of the wok and break the eggs.

Add chopped green onion, mix it, turn off the heat and serve right away,

Replace with the same amount of vegetable oil when omitting red pepper oil
If you want a spicier taste, mince dried peppers and prepare it.
