Chinese-style fried rice
This recipe is a Chinese-style fried rice recipe that I have been making for almost 10 years since I didn't even know the word "yo" of cooking. Depending on your mood or the ingredients in the refrigerator, the contents change a little Still, the basic seasoning ratio will be a recipe that has been maintained for a long time. If you don't have seafood, it's good to make it with eggs. If you have rice, you can make it in 5 minutes It's a perfect fried rice to cook from time to time.

Cooking Steps

Chop the onions and carrots and prepare them.

Mix all the sauce ingredients to make the sauce.

Sprinkle chili oil and sesame oil on the pan, and when the pan is heated to the right extent, add minced garlic and flavor it.
If you want to add ginger instead of ginger powder, add it now and stir-fry it.

Stir-fry onions and carrots. When the onions become transparent

Add the trimmed seafood and stir-fry quickly over high heat.
You can add ham, pork, bacon, and broccoli instead of seafood.
I prepared shrimp and cut squid thinly.

Add 1T of refined rice wine and pepper and blow away the smell.

When the seafood is almost cooked, reduce the heat, add the sticky rice, and dissolve the lump with a spatula.

Add the sauce you made earlier and stir-fry it.
Depending on the amount of rice or seafood, the seasoning may be salty, so don't put all the sauce at once, but put it in while tasting it.
I put all the sauce I made and the seasoning was perfect.

When the rice and sauce go together,
Place rice on one side of the wok and break the eggs.
Sprinkle a bit of salt on the egg,

You can make scrambled eggs.

Stir-fry scrambled eggs and fried rice again to complete!
Add chopped green onion, mix it, turn off the heat and serve right away,

Replace with the same amount of vegetable oil when omitting red pepper oil If you want a spicier taste, mince dried peppers and prepare it. You can replace ginger powder with chopped ginger
