Japanese-style pork cutlet sandwich, katsu sando
I think pork cutlet sandwiches were also aired on Mr. Baek, a home-cooked meal, and I think many of you have eaten them. It's embarrassing because it's so simple, but I'll give you a little recipe for "Katsu Sando," a Japanese-style pork cutlet sandwich.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
First, put enough oil on the pan and fry the pork cutlet.
You can also use oil spray and bake it in the oven.
Fry until golden and crisp.
STEP 2/6
Cut the cabbage into thin slices
Remove oil from fried pork cutlet by placing it on paper towels.
STEP 3/6
The sauce is made by mixing 2T of pork cutlet sauce, 2T of ketchup and 1/2T of Worcester sauce.
This is the sauce for a sandwich. Worcester sauce gives you a deep and sour taste when you put it in.

Put a lot of sauce on the side of the pork cutlet
STEP 5/6
Place the sauce on top of the cabbage-covered bread facing down.
Add a generous amount of sauce to the top of the pork cutlet.
I just want to eat meat!If you do that, you can skip cabbage!
STEP 6/6
Cut it in half to make it easy to eat.
You can cut it in half and cut it into 1/4 sizes.
