Ciabatta sandwich
It is a diet bread that is not too burdensome even though it is a low-calorie fermented bread. It is a Ciabata sandwich that I enjoyed deliciously for brunch with a patty of seasonal ingredients. For some reason, I don't want to eat on weekends. Then make it and enjoy it in a light and crunchy way. The mouth is full, so it is purified with freshness.
