Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
I'm going to clean the abalone with a brush and put it in the abalone samgyetang, so I removed the abalone teeth. If you look at the edge of the abalone, there's a bit of a wrinkle. There's abalone tooth, so if you cut it with scissors, it's done.

Remove the skin from the tail and neck of the chicken, put a cut in the chicken leg, and wash the intestines cleanly, and that's it. If you put the soaked glutinous rice in the chicken belly, you're ready to make samgyetang. I put it in because I had herbal medicine ingredients. If you don't have it, add whole garlic and jujube.

If you have a pressure cooker, use it. I had to do two chickens, so I did it in the party wok pot. 20 minutes is enough in a pressure cooker, but you have to boil it for about an hour in a regular pot.

Add plenty of water and bring to a boil over high heat.

When it starts to boil, lower the heat to medium and bring to a boil. I cooked it for about an hour.

If you boil it for an hour, the chicken cooks well.

We need to add abalone now. Abalone will cook in about 5 minutes, so I added it later.

As long as the abalone is cooked, it's done quickly.

If you put abalone samgyetang in a hot earthen pot, it's good because it's warm all the time. I heated it up again with the green onions.
