Scoop out the seeds in the middle and cut them roundly. Cut the red onion into appropriate sizes and cut the garlic into pieces. Let it soak in sea salt for a while. I didn't pickle a lot. The sauce is salty, and it tastes cool when cucumber moisture comes out while pickled.
