Prepare beef rib eye.

First, wipe the blood lightly with a kitchen towel.

Next, season with herb salt (salt + pepper).

I grilled the meat medium. The blood is moist in the middle

Add steak sauce, water, and ketchup in a 2:2:1 ratio. (Sauce = 50 ml, Water = 50 ml, Ketchup = 25 ml)

Add the mushrooms and bring to a boil. If you make it like this, the sauce is slightly sweet and soft. Add mushrooms by slicing mushrooms or saesongi mushrooms.
