Bean sprout kelp bibimguksu A simple nutritious noodle dish
For my husband who likes noodles, I made bibim noodles with bean sprouts and kelp and mixed it with spicy sauce~~^^

  • Vegetable wraps and vegetables

  • red pepper paste

  • thick soy sauce

  • Sesame oil

  • plum extract

  • crushed garlic

  • pine nut

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Wash vegetables, bean sprouts, and kelp thoroughly^^
STEP 2/7
Make the sauce with red pepper paste + soy sauce + plum extract + sesame oil + minced garlic^^
STEP 3/7
Cook noodles in boiling water,
When it's done, rinse it in ice water^^
STEP 4/7
Cut the kelp and vegetables as thin as possible^^
STEP 5/7
Put a pinch of salt in boiling water,
Put the bean sprouts in and blanch them^^
STEP 6/7
Put the cooked noodles in a noodle bowl,
Put kelp -> bean sprouts -> vegetables~^^
STEP 7/7
If you put bibimjang and minced pine nuts on top, it's done~^^
It's good to put seaweed instead of kelp^^
