9. How to prepare and store broccoli
One of Little Maro's favorite vegetables is broccoli. Broccoli is hard to prepare and eat once in a while. Especially, there are a lot of bugs on the head of broccoli and it doesn't wash well, so I avoid it more and more. Then, I accidentally got it from my mom through Kakao Talk. If you have a hard time, I think it's a good way to put it in when you want to eat broccoli, so I share it with you

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
- Remove the bottom of the broccoli, cut it into small pieces as shown in the picture above, put thick salt in a bowl, wash it, and soak it in water for about 10 minutes.
