A clever way to get cold rice, bean sprout pot rice
Cold rice, frozen rice. It doesn't matter which rice it is. I'll save you everything. Please prepare bean sprouts. Bean sprout pot rice!!

  • Sea tangle

  • perilla oil

  • Sugar

  • thick soy sauce

  • Red pepper powder

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
First of all, pour water again for cold rice CPR.
lukewarm water + kelp
STEP 2/7
Place bean sprouts in a pot and top with cold rice.
I used frozen rice in the freezer.
STEP 3/7
Place the rest of the bean sprouts on top of the lid.
STEP 4/7
Add a little bit of water for the kelp, and don't throw away the kelp, put it on top.
STEP 5/7
Add a little bit of perilla oil, cover the pot and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
STEP 6/7
I should make the sauce while the rice is cooked, right?? ^^
Seasoning = Sugar (a little) + Dark Soy Sauce (1T) + Kelp Slicing Water (1T) + Red pepper powder (1t) + Perilla oil (0.5t) + Minced garlic + Green onion

Bean sprout pot rice is done!
