STEP 1/8
First, wash the lemon clean with water and rub it again with baking soda. Since the skin itself goes into the bottle, it is a process to remove pesticides.
STEP 2/8
After completing the above process, rinse the lemon under running water and soak in water for about 20 to 30 minutes.
STEP 3/8
After 30 minutes, rub the lemon peel again with a thick salt and wipe it off.
STEP 4/8
Lastly, blanch the lemon slightly in boiling water and rinse it with cold water. rinse it with cold water
STEP 5/8
Cut it nicely to the right thickness. The lemon is so small that it doesn't come out much. I need a little more lemon. And cut the lemon and remove the seeds so that it doesn't leave a bitter taste.
STEP 6/8
Don't forget to disinfect the inside of the bottle and the lid with hot water before putting it in the bottle. When you're ready, you can fill the glass bottle by repeating the process of putting sugar on the bottom of the bottle, stacking lemon, and then putting sugar on top and stacking lemon.. They say the ratio is important, but it's supposed to be 1:1.
STEP 7/8
If you're almost done filling the bottle, it's better to fill the top with sugar. Even if you don't fill it up, the sugar melts in one day anyway. The amount of lemon is small, but even if you add too much sugar, it gets too sweet
STEP 8/8
Store it at room temperature for two days, and when the sugar melts, put it in the refrigerator and eat it after aging for three to four days. It's easier and simpler than you think, right??
