First, chop the onions, ham, and green onions for the fried rice

Put some cooking oil in a deep pan and stir-fry the ingredients.

When the ingredients are all fried, add half a bowl of cold rice

Stir-fry the rice by crushing it with a spoon, then add ketchup and chili sauce in a 1:1 ratio. Chili sauce tastes sweet.

When the top of the eggplant starts to harden slowly, place the pre-made fried rice neatly at about two-thirds of the way.
