I remember eating cranberry chicken sandwich that was sold at Byul Cafe.. I made it at home once... ^^ A cranberry chicken sandwich that I made as much as I wanted.. I highly recommend it as an outing lunch box ~~

  • Cream cheese
  • Mustard
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Onions. Whole pepper. Add bay leaves, leftover vegetables, and other spices and boil. When the water boils, add the chicken breast and boil it until it is cooked.

In the meantime, chop the onions. Add 4 pinch of salt, pour water, and leave it on the side for a while.
STEP 3/10
Rip the boiled chicken breast finely.
Then put it in a bowl and put cranberries and mayonnaise pepper in here. Add salt and cream cheese in moderation.
It's not bland when you eat it with bread when you think it's a little salty.

Mix all the sliced almonds and put them in later so that they won't break, right?

It's like.. Put the amount of chicken breast on top.
I made two sandwiches with two pieces of chicken breast.
And lastly, put whole grain and honey mustard on the bread and cover it with the lid.
Now roll it up with plastic wrap and put it in the fridge...
I put it in the refrigerator rather than eating it right away After 15 to 30 minutes, it's more moist and delicious. ^^
When you boil chicken breast, add rice wine or cooking wine.. It doesn't smell fishy when you boil it with vegetable shreds and whole pepper. And you have to spread a lot of lettuce thickly so that the sandwich cross section is pretty and not greasy. There are three slices of bread in one sandwich, and it's good to put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and cut it when the bread is moist~~
