Mr. Baek makes stir-fried eggplants
I got a lot of eggplants from my in-laws over the weekend. So I decided to make Mr. Baek's stir-fried eggplants I'll have to measure it in a paper cup according to Mr. Baek's recipe, but I just followed the method and did whatever I wanted!

Ingredients
  • Branch
    2ea
  • Cheongyang red pepper
    1ea
  • olive oil
  • leek
  • All-around soy sauce
    2TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
I cut the eggplant in half. I cut the green onion into small pieces to make green onion oil. Cheongyang chili peppers are long and tailored to the size of the eggplant.
STEP 2/7
I poured cooking oil into an uncooked pan. I'm going to make green onion oil, so I poured it in a lot.
STEP 3/7
I added plenty of green onions. And then I put it on fire.
STEP 4/7
When the green onions are golden brown
STEP 5/7
Add the chopped eggplant. The eggplant absorbs the oil. So as soon as I put it in, I quickly stir-fry it so that it gets all over.
STEP 6/7
Add some of the eggplants when they are cooked, and some of them when they are not.
STEP 7/7
Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce for Mr. Baek and stir-fry it. It's because eggplants absorb the seasoning so that it's!!
