STEP 1/7
First, I prepared the vegetables after chopping them. I thought about not adding carrots, but they said carrots are good for your eyes. It's good for your health and texture if you put a lot of vegetables.
STEP 2/7
As shown in the picture above, you first beat the eggs, put all the vegetables, and then beat them. I put in three eggs to thicken. I can put just two, but since I have a big container. Cook eggs well mixed with vegetables in a frying pan. (Do not season the eggs separately)
STEP 3/7
When making spam rice balls, they cut half of the spam and use it. But if you put a little bit of spam in your mouth, it's salty, right? Everyone knows that spam is salty. The reason why I put vegetable eggs is because of spam.
STEP 4/7
I'm going to prepare a rice ball. I put a lot of healthy walnuts and pine nuts in the rice balls. I knew that if I just put it in, the kids would spit it out, so I ground pine nuts and walnuts in an obvious way. Add ground pine nuts, walnuts, sesame seeds, and a tablespoon of perilla oil and mix well.
STEP 5/7
Spam rice ball ingredients are ready. Ingredients are too simple, right? You can make rice into two fingers. Seaweed came out in quarters in the picture. I think it's perfect to cut into eight pieces. I couldn't see the shape when I wrapped it in quarters.
STEP 6/7
Spam egg rice balls. Don't you think it'll be full of nutrition just by looking at it? Before I made this, I thought it was only for the groom, but when I made it, I was a mother who thought of children.
STEP 7/7
It looks cheap by dividing the seaweed into four parts. It's a bit too covered. And the important thing is. I don't have seaweed for gimbap at home. I was most disappointed. I had no choice but to make seasoned dried laver, but I'll have to make it again with dried laver for Gimbap next time.
