STEP 1/11
I'll make the broth first. Add green onion roots, green onions, whole garlic, and natural seasonings to the broth, pour water, boil it, and then add a little chicken stock, dissolve it well and bring it to a boil.
If you don't have any natural seasoning, you don't have to put it in. If you don't have chicken stock, pass!!! But if you cut half of the onion and put it in, you can make delicious broth.
STEP 2/11
Prepare various vegetables, mushrooms, and seafood for jjamppong.

STEP 10/11
What should I eat today? The secret of Geoje Island seafood jjamppong was in Dolmi Seaweed. Lastly, if you add seaweed, you can eat thick jjamppong with the mucus from seaweed^^
STEP 11/11
Lastly, if you season it with salt and pepper, Geoje Island seafood jjamppong is completed.
It's good to use the vegetables in the refrigerator. Pumpkin and cabbage are good. Just cabbage gives you a great taste of soup.
Chicken stock is salty, so you can taste enough broth if you add a small amount. If you don't have chicken stock, you can just season it with salt.
