4. Making starch syrup (sugar starch syrup)
If you want to make side dishes, add starch syrup! It is common in Korea Starch syrup is one of the food ingredients that is really hard to get in foreign life... Little Maro couldn't get starch syrup.. I was thinking about adding sugar instead, but the unique gloss and stickiness It looks different from the side... I decided to make a fake starch syrup.

Ingredients
  • Water
    400ml
  • Sugar
    400g
Cooking Steps

- Please prepare sugar and water.
STEP 2/5
- Pour 400 millimeters of water into a pot first,

- Then, boil it over medium heat
Never stir while boiling!!!
STEP 5/5
- Boil it over medium heat (15-20 minutes) until the sugar is dissolved by itself
- Pour a lot of fake starch syrup into the container, cool it down for about 3 hours, and store it in the refrigerator to complete the fake starch syrup with some stickiness!!!
