Dumpling recipe
Dumplings to show to German friends. It's not a recipe, but I made my own dumplings with ingredients that I want to eat.

Cooking Steps

I made pork and beef half and half. I seasoned it first.

As for the ingredients, the dumplings with a lot of glass noodles are delicious, so I increased the proportion of glass noodles. Prepare glass noodles and bean sprouts by boiling them in boiling water to remove moisture.

I think the coloration would have been good, but there are no chives, and I didn't put in kimchi because I thought foreigners would eat it

I thought it'd be good to show you how to make it, so I made it one by one while talking with my friends. Then, I finished making quite a lot without knowing when I finished making it. I was thinking about steamed dumplings or fried dumplings, but I was interested in fried dumplings and planned to go with steamed dumplings. Hmm... I think
I thought you'd prefer to grill it in a pan, so I made a lot for fried dumplings.
It sticks easily if you put a small bowl of water on the edge of the dumpling skin by dab it on the side.
