  • Baking powder

  • Sugar
    60g
  • Honey
    5g
  • Butter
    60g
  • Eggs

  • black tea

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Beat the eggs in a bowl and add sugar and honey to prevent them from bubbling
STEP 2/8
Place warm water underneath and melt sugar in medium heat, stirring to prevent foam
STEP 3/8
Add the checkered flour, baking powder and earl grey tea bag and mix

Mix the dough so that it doesn't get pores with a whisk

Mix melted butter 2-3 times
Cover the dough with plastic and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour

Place the dough in a piping bag

Cover a coated mold with butter, sprinkle with strong flour, fill 70% of the dough, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes

Cool down the madeleine that has a pretty belly button and remove it from the mold
