STEP 1/8
Please prepare the seasoning.
It's the same as regular stir-fried octopus seasoning.
If you don't have plum juice, you can replace it with oligosaccharide or starch syrup.
STEP 2/8
Turn the head of the octopus upside down and remove the intestines.
Take out the ink

Scrub thoroughly with flour or salt to remove redness and germs from the sucker.
Repeat 2-3 times until clean water comes out.

Put the octopus head in with a long stick and roll it down Roll it.
STEP 5/8
Roll it up to the ends of your legs.

Grease the pan and cook on both sides lightly.

Spread the seasoning evenly on top.
STEP 8/8
Put the sauce on it when you flip it over

Taste the sauce and adjust it to your taste.
