Cut cucumbers in a round shape, add salt, mix them evenly, and marinate them for about 10 minutes, then squeeze the water out if it's seasoned properly, and if it's a little salty, wash it in water once and squeeze the water out. I washed it with water and squeezed it out. If you first pickle the cucumber and squeeze out the water, it will taste like cucumber, and there will be no water later.

The seasoning is mixed with red pepper powder, green onion, garlic, sugar, and vinegar without soy sauce. Cucumber is seasoned, so I didn't put soy sauce separately. Add the sauce and season the cucumbers deliciously.

Lastly, add sesame oil and sesame seeds. It's great for a deliciously seasoned cucumber summer side dish. Even if there is no deep taste of cucumber, the seasoned cucumber is refreshing and you can feel the crunchy taste. It's delicious when you mix it with rice and it's delicious when you eat it as a side dish. It's sweet and sour crunchy cucumber salad.
