Making fried dried seaweed rolls

  • Water
    1.5spoon
  • Soy sauce

  • Oligosaccharide
    1spoon
  • Red pepper powder
    1/2spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
If you look at the frozen products section of the supermarket, there are frozen seaweed rolls.
STEP 2/5
Grease the preheated pan and bake the frozen seaweed rolls crispy.
Bake it over low heat, and then when it's frozen and thawed, you can cook it over medium heat.
STEP 3/5
While roasting, make fried seaweed sauce.
Add 3 spoons of sweet chili sauce, 2 spoons of ketchup, 1 spoon of red pepper paste, 1.5 spoon of water, 1/3 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of oligosaccharide and 1/2 spoon of red pepper powder and make the sauce.
STEP 4/5
When fried seaweed rolls are cooked, add the pre-made gangjeong sauce and mix well. Mix it on low heat for about 2 minutes and stir-fry it.

Sprinkle sesame powder on the fried seaweed roll and it's done
