Cooking Steps: STEP 1/7

Add 2T of soy sauce, 1T of chili powder, 1T of minced garlic, 2T of oyster sauce, 2T of oligosaccharide, and 1T of water
Chop and mix Cheongyang red pepper and green onion.

STEP 2/7

Wash the bean sprouts, mushrooms, and bok choy thoroughly, trim them, and blanch them in boiling water.

STEP 3/7

Cut the onions into thin slices and fry them in a pan with a little oil.

STEP 4/7

Stir-fry the boiled udon noodles in the stir-fried onions, mixing them.
