When I eat regular shaved ice, I use frozen milk at a ratio of 1:1.3 for milk and water, but I use regular ice for coffee shaved ice.

Put red beans on the ice and use only 1/3 of the size of the bowl as it is a coffee shaved ice. (See from above)

On top of that, put condensed milk on top of a scoop of ice cream

Put down a cup of espresso, add one Laparche sugar, stir it, melt it, and mix it with espresso
