  • Powerful rice flour
    300g
  • Water
  • Sugar

  • Salt
    1ts
  • black sesame
  • Sesame seeds
  • Nuts
  • Honey
Cooking Steps

Sift the rice powder and mix it with sugar and salt
If you want rice cake with taste, you can double the sugar
STEP 2/7
and knead the dough so hard that it feels like a long time has passed.

Cut the smooth dough into 6 pieces and cover it with a cloth in a round shape.

Black sesame and sesame seeds were previously made of rice cake and kept frozen, but when I tasted it, it was savory, so I only chopped nuts and added a little honey.

Spread the rice cake dough flatly with hot water and put the nut filling in and close it.

Dip the rice cake pattern and steam it in a steamer. (If it was glutinous rice powder, it would have spread, but it's not spread because it's yogurt powder.)
