STEP 1/9
Soak the glass noodles 1 hour in advance.
If you soak it in cold water, it needs to soak for about 2 hours.
Soak it in lukewarm water for an hour.

Chop onions, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, and beef
Chop the green onions.
STEP 3/9
Grease a frying pan with cooking oil and stir-fry 2/3 green onions.
* The remaining green onions will be used for stir-frying the meat.

Add chopped onions, carrots and mushrooms, sprinkle with a little pepper and stir-fry.
Stir-fry it and put it on a separate plate.

Put a little bit of oil on the frying pan
Add the remaining green onions and stir-fry.
STEP 6/9
Add 6T of all-purpose soy sauce, 1T of minced garlic, and 2T of sugar and simmer slightly.
STEP 7/9
Add the beef and stir-fry just a little bit.
STEP 8/9
Rinse the soaked glass noodles, remove them, stir-fry them, and add 1.5T of sesame oil.
STEP 9/9
Mix the vegetables that were fried separately and sprinkle sesame seeds.
