Cooking Steps

Chop the potatoes and soak them in cold water for about 10 minutes to remove starch.

The ingredients to stir-fry together are onion and carrot ham. Please chop all the ingredients and prepare them. Cut according to your preference. I used Mokwoochon ham for ham.

Blanch potatoes in boiling water for about 5 minutes. This is high heat. Blanch the potatoes until they are not crushed.

Grease the pan and stir-fry the onion and carrot ham first.

When the onion smells good, add the blanched potatoes and stir-fry them together. I only used a pinch of salt for the liver. The ham is salty and salty, so I don't have to season it a lot.

The stir-fry time was about 10 minutes, and I put 50ml of water on medium heat and stir-fry it together. Finish it with sesame seeds, and stir-fry it without adding water, and the potato sticks to the pan. And when you stir-fry it, put in about 1 spoon of oil and stir-fry it. The amount of oil you used to stir-fry vegetables and potatoes is 2 spoons, a total of 3 spoons.

It's stir-fried ham and potato. It takes about 15 minutes to blanch. It is a perfect side dish to quickly set the table with ingredients that are about to expire while organizing the refrigerator.
