Cooking Steps

Blanch cocktail shrimp, blanch tomatoes and peel.

Put the pasta noodles in boiling water and boil for 10-12 minutes with 1 teaspoon of thick salt. She boiled it for about 12 minutes because she was going to eat it.

While the noodles are boiling, chop the tomatoes and onions. Cut the cocktail shrimp into bite-size pieces. My daughter doesn't eat shrimp, so I chopped them up. Leave 3 or 4 cocktails. I'm going to put it on top later.

Place chopped tomatoes, onions and shrimp in bowl and mix with olive oil, tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Put it in the refrigerator cold.

Mix noodles in cold bowl Add parsley powder and mix. If you have basil powder or basil, it would be better if you put it in. I didn't have it, so I replaced it with parsley powder.
