If you make mayonnaise by yourself in a sauce jar, it seems like you can make it much easier to wash dishes. The ingredients are at home for each household. However, since it's a sauce, I used a little bit of good oil. Olive oil or high-quality grape seed oil is much better than regular cooking oil. I broke an egg into the sauce jar and added 250g of grape seed oil.
STEP 4/4
Within a few seconds, you can see the mayonnaise that's coming out. It tastes slightly fresher than the ones on the market. I think it's because of the grape seed oil I used. I thought using high quality olive oil would make it taste better.
They say it's better to eat home-made mayonnaise as soon as possible.
